Hi, I’m Dave Gibson. I’ve been in the mortgage business since June 2002. I began my career working alongside my longtime business partner and best friend, Shane Kever, who helped shape the values I carry today—trust, integrity, and putting clients first.
I take pride in guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, making sure they understand every step and feel confident throughout the process. I believe communication is everything—I’m straightforward, responsive, and always available, both during the transaction and long after closing. If there’s an issue, you’ll hear it from me. If there’s a solution, I’ll find it.
A large part of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which means everything to me. When past clients trust me enough to send their family, friends, and even their kids for their first home purchase, that’s the true measure of doing things the right way.
